“Ukus i Miris Gusto e Sapore” was established in Tuzla in 2000. Our basic activity is production of fresh cakes and dry cookies. During our business operation, we have accomplished significant results, both in production development and quality achievement. Today, this company is a leading producer of fresh cakes and home-made dry cookies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been constantly proved by annual sale turnover by renowned retail chains.

The company has 87 employees, employed in production plants in Tuzla and Srebrenica, whose total production area is about 2.450 m2. So far, we have had over 270 tested recipes in production. Our production capacities and ideas in confectionery branch are huge. Our daily production capacities are 12 tons a day with tendency for expansion, based on exportation to the EU countries. Distribution of goods in Bosnia and Herzegovina is made through proper distribution network.

Our system of self-control is based on principles of system of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) as well as application of good hygiene practice. Constant supervision and control over our products are performed by certified institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our business operation is firstly based on politics of food safety and product quality.
